Take a break from your busy day and join us for Gentle Yoga. This calming class is perfect for all levels, including beginners, and focuses on gentle stretches, mindful movements, and deep breathing to promote relaxation and well-being.
Led by an experienced instructor, this session offers a welcoming and inclusive environment to help you:
- Increase flexibility and balance
- Reduce stress and tension
- Cultivate mindfulness and relaxation
No prior yoga experience is necessary. A limited number of mats will be available for the public, but it is recommended that attendees bring their own, in addition to a water bottle, and an open mind.
