Join us for English for Restaurant Workers, a FREE, two-series class designed to help adult learners develop essential English language skills for success in the food service industry. Whether you are currently working in a restaurant, looking to enter the industry, or simply want to improve your workplace communication skills, this class will provide practical vocabulary, key phrases, and customer service language tailored to restaurant environments.
Participants will learn:
- How to take orders and interact with customers politely and professionally
- Common restaurant vocabulary for front-of-house and back-of-house roles
- Effective communication with coworkers and supervisors
